Hamish Ogston Hamish Ogston, Non-Executive Chairman
Hamish founded CPP in 1980 and has since presided over dramatic growth and diversification in every area of the business. As Non-Executive Chairman, he continues to oversee the strategic direction of the company and to help identify future growth opportunities.

Eric Woolley Eric Woolley, Group Chief Executive
As Group Chief Executive, Eric is responsible for developing and executing the group's business strategy across Europe, North America and Asia. Eric joined CPP in 2003 from oil services company, Expro International Group plc, where he was Group Finance Director. Prior to this, Eric was Group Finance Director of Vp plc. Before working in industry, Eric spent several years with CS First Boston where he was Vice President - Mergers & Acquisitions.

Kevin Fisher Kevin Fisher, Group HR Director
Kevin is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and joined the Human Resources team at CPP in 1996. As Group HR Director, he is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, policies and systems which secure both the immediate and long-term strategic people capability of the business. Prior to CPP, Kevin worked both as a consultant, advising blue-chip organisations on a range of HR issues, and as an HR executive in companies across a number of industry sectors.

Neil Hamilton Neil Hamilton, Group Information Technology Director
Neil oversees the management and development of the group's infrastructure, telecommunications and business applications. Since joining CPP in 2002, Neil has been responsible for the definition and implementation of a new IT platform capable of meeting the group's ambitious growth plans. Prior to joining CPP, Neil was the Group IT Director for the Business Process Outsourcing division of Hays Group Plc. Before Hays, Neil was Head of IT Services for Perot Systems and has held a variety of other IT management positions.

Richard Coates Richard Coates, Strategic Marketing Director
Richard's responsibilities include CPP brand strategy, portfolio strategy and market development as well as UK marketing initiatives such as multi-channel customer acquisition, customer analytics, new product development and database marketing and fulfilment. He is a member of the European Chief Marketing Officer's Council and has worked for a number of high profile US owned marketing agencies. At CPP, Richard has led the development and launch of a group wide business, e-commerce and channel optimisation strategy across Europe, North America and Asia.

Shaun Parker Shaun Parker, Group Finance Director
Shaun's role is to ensure that the CPP Group has the optimal financial structure, organisation and internal controls to take advantage of growth opportunities. Shaun is also responsible for the group's Legal, Compliance and Risk Management functions. He has worked for a number of blue-chip organisations including ICI plc, Mars Inc. (Pedigree Petfoods) and Diageo plc, where he was CFO Guinness North America before going on to lead the cross-functional team that completed the integration of the Seagram Wines and Spirits business.

Stephen Kennedy Stephen Kennedy, UK Managing Director
As UK Managing Director, Stephen is responsible for the development and performance of the UK business. He joined CPP in February 2005 from HFC Bank where he was a Director of several business units ranging from Branch Networks both in the UK and Europe to, more latterly, Lending and Central Sales Operations which included Hamilton Direct Bank, Marbles Loans and all group telemarketing activities.

Tim Haig Tim Haig, UK Sales Director
Tim joined CPP in 2006 from Experian, where he served as the Director of Operations and Service. He oversees all aspects of CPP's sales in the UK and is steadfastly anti-hard sell, choosing instead to listen to customers in order to identify and address their needs.
